Pete Sheppard

After graduating from Connecticut School of Broadcasting in 1987, Pete Sheppard worked in Rhode Island and Central Mass for several radio stations...In 1994, Sheppard came to Boston where he was hired by “Metro Networks”, and after one year he was named Sports Director. Also, in February of 1994, he was working for WEEI doing sports flashes on weekends, mainly for Mustard and Johnson and on the old “Sports Huddle” show.

In 1997, he was given a talk show with Jon Wallach, on weekends. Finally in 1999 he was hired full time on the Big Show, and also hosts the “Real Post-Game Show”, with Fred Smerlas and Steve DeOssie on Sunday’s during football season. Sheppard is also a frequent guest on Fox Sports New England...

The “Boston Air Awards” have nominated Pete Sheppard three times for Best Sports Coverage. Other hobbies include, golf, video games, Star Trek, reading, eating, and hanging with Captain Morgan.  Sheppard resides on the South Shore, with his lovely wife, Diane and of course Tiki and Torch.
